Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Dŵr 2003)

Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Tynnu a Chronni Dŵr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Pyle and Kenfig Golf Club Limited i adnewyddu trwydded lawn i dynnu dŵr ar delerau gwahanol, rhif cyfres 21/58/33/0010, sy’n awdurdodi tynnu dŵr o strata tanddaearol yng Nghyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol SS 80930 80230. Mae’r telerau gwahanol yr ymgeisir amdanynt ar gyfer:

- newid y strata tanddaearol,
- newid y Cyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol i SS 80951 80235, ac ychwanegu pwynt ychwanegol yn SS 80985 80285; a

- thynnu dŵr yn ôl y cyfraddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol: 20 metr ciwbig yr awr, 480 metr ciwbig y dydd a 175,200 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy’r flwyddyn.

Renew a full licence to abstract on different terms
Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Pyle and Kenfig Golf Club Limited to renew a full licence to abstract water on different terms, serial number 21/58/33/0010, which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata at National Grid Reference SS 80930 80230. The different terms applied are to:

- change the underground strata,

- change the National Grid Reference to SS 80951 80235, and add an additional point at SS 80985 80285; and 

- abstract water at the following rates and periods: 20 cubic metres an hour, 480 cubic metres a day and 175,200 cubic metres a year, all year.
