Uttlesford District Council (Off-Street Parking Places Order) 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Uttlesford District Council intends, not less than twenty-one days from the date of this notice, to vary the above Order relating to fees and charges at the District Council car parks under Section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. It is intended that the changes will take place on 1 November 2026. The variation will have the effect of changing the convenience fee in the car parks (shown inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%). All other tariffs in the car parks will remain unchanged.
