(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION  OF USE) ORDER 2026

Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of Rosebery Terr, Kirkcaldy from jct Victoria Rd to jct Balsusney Rd.

The Order is to allow structural repair works to be carried out in safety and will be operational nightly between 22.00hrs and 07.00hrs from 17/10/26 to 25/10/26 or until earlier completion of the works.

The alternative route for through traffic will be via Balsusney Rd, Dunnikier Rd and Victoria Rd. Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained via the diversion route.
