Temporary Prohibition ofTraffic Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th October 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Bridleway 9, Gunwalloe for its entire length. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 14th September 2026 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

An alternative route will be signed on site, however, for further information please go to https://one.networkl?tm=GB152442194 or contact Donald Martin at Countryside on 0300 1234 202
