(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE)  ORDER 2026

Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic on Main St (from Middlefield Row to Dormitory House).

The Order is to allow for the demolition of existing rail bridge and replacement structure to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 19/10/26 to 31/03/27 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic  will be via B9130, A92, B921 and Blackwood Rd.

Access for emergency service vehicles will be  via the diversion route. There is no access for residents or pedestrians.
