Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2017 Drayton Road, Drayton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2017 Drayton Rd from its junction with U13601 Barrow Hill Ln to its junction with U13605 Woodrow Ln.

Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2017 Briar Hill, C2186 The Holloway, C2186 Tandy’s Ln, A450 Worcester Rd, B4188 Hackmans Gate Ln, C2017 Drayton Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 12 October 2026.

(C2130 Beacon Lane, Shatterford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2130 Beacon Ln from its junction with Withells End (Private Rd) to its junction with C2188 Romsey Ln.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: A442 Bridgnorth Rd, B4189 Shatterford Ln, C2015 Sladd Ln, C2016 Kingsford Ln into Staffordshire, C2130 Beacon Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 8 October 2026.

(C2082 Fox Lane/C2082 Cakebole Lane, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of: 1) C2082 Fox Ln from its junction with A448 Lodge Ford Hill to its junction with U13610 Dobes Ln. 2) C2082 Cakebole Ln from its junction with C2082 Fox Ln to its junction with C2082 Cakebole.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Alternative route: A448 Lodge Ford Hill, A448 Bromsgrove Rd, C2014 Curslow Ln, C2082 Cakebole and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 5 November and 18 November 2026.

(U12155 Oxford Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12155 Oxford St from its junction with U12147 New Rd to its junction with A448 Comberton Hill Roundabout.

Reason: Water main replacement by STW.

Alternative route: U12147 New Rd, U12181 Pump St, U12148 Green St, A451 The Ringway.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 2 November 2026.

(C2186 The Holloway, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2186 The Holloway from its junction with C2017 Briar Hill to its junction with U13605 Woodrow Ln.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing inc civil works by WCC.

Alternative route: C2017 Briar Hill, U13605 Woodrow Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 4 November 2026 and 14 November 2026.

(C2021 Heightington Road, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2021 Heightington Rd from its junction with C2191 Greenway to its junction with C2194 Deasland Ln.

Reason: Remedial works by STW.

Alternative route: C2021 Bliss Gate Rd, A456 Callow Hill, C2194 Lye Head Rd, C2194 Deasland Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 3 November 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 (Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Spencer Street, Kidderminster)

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-

Spencer Street (East side): from a point 87.7 metres from the junction with Poplar Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a Northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

(A4117 Cleobury Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2026

Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A4117 Cleobury Rd from its junction with A456 Tenbury Rd for a distance of 381 metres in a north westerly direction in both directions.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days between 9 October 2026 and 26 October 2026.
