What is happening?

REEPHAM – VARIOUS ROADS)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to propose:

– No waiting at any time around the junctions of Mellows Close, Dawsons Lane, Chapel Close and Beck Hill.

– No waiting at any time on High Street around the S bend to end of the boundary of 38/40 High Street.

– No waiting Monday to Friday 8.30am - 9.30am and 3.00pm - 4.00pm on the High Street between Dawsons Lane and Mellows Close

– Two mandatory School Keep Clear markings Monday - Friday 8.30am - 9.30am and 3.00pm - 4.00pm outside the school entrance 

– A Bus stop clearway opposite 4 High Street where the existing bus shelter is. 

The clearway will ensure unrestricted access for scheduled bus services by prohibiting the stopping, waiting and loading of any vehicle except a bus. The clearways will be in operation between the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.

You may also be able to view these documents at the offices of West Lindsey District Council, during normal office hours.
