The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order: -
The Lancashire County Council (TROUGH ROAD, DUNSOP BRIDGE, RIBBLE VALLEY)(Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2026, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
3. The prohibition will be operative daily from 09:30 hours until 15:00 hours on Monday 2nd November 2026 until 3rd November 2026 or until completion of the works within this period.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 18th September 2026 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (TROUGH ROAD, DUNSOP BRIDGE, RIBBLE VALLEY) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2026 (Temporary Amendment) Order 2026”
