THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE
ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council intend, not less than
seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or proposed to be executed on or
near the road and the effect will be to prohibit any vehicle from making the right
turn manoeuvre from Bawtry Road in the City of Doncaster District as described
in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to in the said
Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the workforce whilst
carriageway replacement works are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order
is via Bawtry Road, Cantley Lane.

The Proposed Order will continue in force for one day or until the works which it
is proposed to carry out in or near the said road have been completed, whichever
is the earlier. If the works are not completed within the stated time the Order may
be continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport.
