ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT NO. 5) ORDER 2026
On 30 September 2026 Shropshire Council made an order to place a 20mph speed limit on the following length of road in Brockton:
The unclassified road from
the B4378 leading to Easthope
That length of the unclassified road along Easthope Mill to Brockton Crossroads from its junction with the B4378 for a distance of 602 metres in a north-westerly direction (to the access to Batch Cottage).
Any existing speed limits on this length of road will be revoked.

On 30 September 2026 Shropshire Council made an order to introduce the following speed limits in Ditton Priors:
30mph Speed Limit
Station Road
From its junction with Derrington Road to the property boundary of Victoria House and No. 1 Station Road.
Station Road
From a point 112m southwest of its junction with Brown Clee Road to a point 325 metres northeast of its junction with Brown Clee Road.
20mph Speed Limit
Station Road
From the property boundary of Victoria House and No. 1 Station Road to a point 112m southwest of its junction with Brown Clee Road.
Any existing speed limits at the above locations will be revoked.

On 1 October 2026 Shropshire Council made an order to make the following changes to parking restrictions in Much Wenlock:

A length of restriction commencing at the bridge’s parapet and concluding along its northern arm at the property boundary of numbers 9 & 10.

A length of restriction commencing from its junction with U6951 King Street and concluding at a point located 9-metres in a westerly direction from its junction with U6950 St. Owens Road.

8-metres and 17-meters in a south-easterly direction along U6908 Queen Street from its junction with A4169 Sheinton Street.
Any existing parking restrictions at the above locations will be revoked.
All of these changes will come into effect on 9 October 2026.
Copies of the orders may be examined during normal office hours (8:45am- 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:45am-4:00pm on Fridays) at Shropshire Council, The Guildhall, Frankwell, Shrewsbury.
If you wish to question the validity of any of these Orders, or any provisions in them, on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date the order was made, apply for that purpose to the High Court.
