Temporary Prohibition of Use of Footpath 13Y (part) Selattyn & Gobowen (North of Thomas Penson Way)
Shropshire Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order temporarily prohibiting the use of part of Footpath 13Y to the north of Thomas Penson Way at grid reference SJ 3013 3364, running in a general north westerly then westerly direction to the A5 at grid reference SJ 2994 3365.
The Order will come into operation on 15th October 2026 until the 15th April 2027, in the first instance and is required on the grounds of public safety to allow development to take place
A permissive footpath outlet has been created linking the definitive line of FP 13Y which runs from Old Chirk Road, over the railway bridge to join with Thomas Penson Way.
