Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 7 Hydref 2026 a fydd yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio’r rhannau o ffyrdd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen isod. Mae angen cau’r ffyrdd er mwyn hwyluso’r gwaith o roi wyneb newydd arnynt, a wneir gan Gyngor Sir Ddinbych. Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn weithredol o 25 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith, pa un bynnag fydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 17 Tachwedd 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

VARIOUS ROADS DENBIGH

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 7 October 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. The closures are necessary to facilitate resurfacing by Denbighshire County Council. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The Order is effective from 25 October 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 17 November 2026.

Schedule

Lengths of road at Denbigh in the County of Denbigh

A. Hall Square; from its junction with Bull Lane to its junction with High Street

B. Crown Square; from its junction with High Street to its junction with Back Road (closed 1 November to 17 November)

C. Chapel Street; from its junction with Vale Street in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres

D. Post Office Lane; from its junction with Vale Street in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres

E. Lon Copner; from its junction with Vale Street in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres

F. Peakes Lane; from its junction with Vale Street in a south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres

C. via Beacons Hill, Grove Road, Station Road, Vale Street

D. & E. via Middle Lane, Grove Road, Station Road, Vale Street

F. via Park Street, Ruthin Road, Vale Street.
