Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dim parcio nar 7 diwrnod o 7 Hydref 2026 yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio Foel View Road, y Rhyl yn Sir Ddinbych am ei hyd gyfan.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso gwaith ar y prif gyflenwad nwy gan Wales and West Utilities.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr gydol y cyfnod cau.
Y llwybr amgen fydd ar hyd Hen Afon Road, Pendre Avenue a Ffordd Trewellyn.
Mae’r Gorchymyn yn weithredol o 26 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu lai, hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith, pa un bynnag fydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 11 Tachwedd 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 7 October 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using Foel View Road Rhyl in the County of Denbigh for its entire length.
The closure is necessary to facilitate gas mains replacement works by Wales & West Utilities.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The alternative route will be via Hen Afon Road, Pendre Avenue and Trewellyn Road.
The Order is effective from 26 October 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 11 November 2026.
