RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, dim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Turnpike Ucha i Felin Uchaf Tafarn Y Fedw o gyffordd Ffordd Tai Candryll i gyffordd Ffordd Dyffryn Aur.
Bydd y llwybr amgen yn mynd ar hyd yr A544, A543 i’r A5 ac ymlaen i’r A470 ac fel arall. Caniateir mynediad i’r gwasanaethau brys a cherddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod hwn.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn hwn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Dwr Cymru a daw i rym ar 24 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod heb fod yn fwy na 10 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
The County Borough of Conwy (Turnpike Ucha to Felin Uchaf) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Turnpike Ucha to Felin Uchaf Tafarn Y Fedw from junction of Tai Candryll Road to junction of Ffordd Dyffryn Aur.
The alternative route will be via the A544, A543 to the A5 and onto the A470 and vice versa. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency Services.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Welsh Water and comes into effect on 24 October 2026 for a maximum period of 10 days.
