NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 29th day of September 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 8th day of October 2026 to regulate traffic in Carluddon and St Austell.
The effect isto introduce new waiting restrictions and school keep clear markings along the lengths of road described below.
The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327281 or email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the 29th day of September 2026 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
Please quote reference Infra24-168 for Carluddon Orders and Infra23-388 for St Austell Order on all correspondence.

Penn Street at junction with Sky Way; Sky Way at junction with Penn Street; Varcoe Close at turning head.
No stopping or waiting on the “School Keep Clear markings at any time

ST AUSTELL
No waiting at any time
Trenowah Road outside Nos 31-33, between Nos 36-50 & Nos 47-59 and opposite No 67.
No waiting Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Trenowah Road sections between junctions with Brockstone Road and Retallick Meadows.
