Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D588 THE COLESLEYS, COLESHILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Coventry Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 14 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion available.

GARBOUR LANE, AUSTREY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable boundary box repair works.
Order Commences: 13 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 October 2026
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
B4114 BLYTHE ROAD/D581 CHURCH HILL, COLESHILL
Order Effect: A one-way traffic flow will be imposed on B4114 Blythe Road/D581 Church Hill, Coleshill as follows: Blythe Road traffic will be permitted to travel in a north-easterly direction only between High Street crossroads to Chestnut Grove. Church Hill between Blythe Road and Macfarlane Way traffic will be permitted to make a right turn only into Church Hill from Blythe Road.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and associated works, 09.30hrs - 15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 26 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: B4114 Blythe Road – One-Way Diversion – B4114, B4098, B4102, B4104, A45, A452, A446 and B4114. D581 Church Hill – egress will be via High Street only. Access to High Street via diversion to A446 then B4117 into Coleshill.

WASTE LANE, GRENDON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Telegraph pole renewal works.
Order Commences: 27 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: Folly Lane, The Common, Boot Hill, Hill Top, A5, Watling Street, Waste Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Core Highways, Tel: 03300 433030.
D278 KINGSBURY LINK, KINGSBURY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Trinity Road. Work being completed in phases as follows:
23/10/2026-25/10/2026, 31/10/2026 – 01/11/2026, 07/11/2026 – 08/11/2026 and 14/11/2026-15/11/2026.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works.
Order Commences: 23 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BOROUGH OF NORTH WARWICKSHIRE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (VARIATION 10) ORDER 2026
Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to prohibit and restrict the waiting of vehicles in those lengths of road described in Schedule 1 below.
Exceptions will permit waiting for the purposes of picking up and setting down passengers, for vehicles displaying a disabled person’s badge and in connection with the maintenance of the road and the supply of gas, water or electricity.
This variation will also insert Plan Titles “BZ46” Revision No. “0” and “CA46” Revision No. “0” in to Schedule 1 of The Warwickshire County Council (Borough of North Warwickshire) (Waiting Restrictions and On Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2017 (as amended).
A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick during usual opening hours and online at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20206/ north-warwickshire-borough

SCHEDULE 1
(No Waiting at Any Time)
Tamworth Road
(i) North side, from its junction with Coleshill Road and Atherstone Road to a point approximately 3 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 3 and 4 Tamworth Road.
(ii) South side, from its junction with Coleshill Road and Atherstone Road to a point approximately 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 3 and 4 Tamworth Road.
Coleshill Road
(i) Both sides, from its junction with Tamworth Road and Nuneaton Road to a point approximately 27 metres west of its junction with Mill Bank.
Nuneaton Road
(i) Both sides, from its junction with Coleshill Road and Atherstone Road to a point approximately 34 metres east of the common boundary of Jessema Cottage and Bank Cottage, Nuneaton Road.
Atherstone Road
(i) East side, from its junction with Tamworth Road and Nuneaton Road to a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 3 and 4 Atherstone Road.
(ii) West side, from its junction with Tamworth Road and Nuneaton Road to a point approximately 10 metres south of the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 2 Atherstone Road.
