Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gosod ceblau telathrebu o dan ac uwchben y ddaear.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl draffig cerbydol heblaw am gerbydau esempt rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o Conkland Hill, Cas-wis – o’i chyffordd â ffordd yr C3012 rhwng Cas-wis a Crundale, i’r de-orllewin i’w chyffordd â ffordd yr U6156 yn arwain i genffordd yr A40 Arnolds Hill.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd, yn dod i rym ddydd Iau 29 Hydref 2026 am ryw saith niwrnod gwaith rhwng 9.30am a 3.30pm.

Bydd y gwaith yn cael ei wneud ar raglen dreigl er mwyn tarfu cyn lleied â phosibl. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd ffyrdd yr C3012 a’r C3011 sy’n arwain i Lanhwadan, ffordd yr C3090 sy’n arwain i gefnffordd yr A40, a ffordd yr U6155 heibio safle carafanau Little Valley.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (CONKLAND HILL, WISTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary so that telecom underground and overhead cabling works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Conkland Hill, Wiston – from its junction with the C3012 Wiston to Crundale road, southwest to its junction with the U6156 road leading to A40(T) Arnolds Hill.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Thursday 29th October 2026 for approximately 7 working days between 09:30hrs-15:30hrs.

These works will be carried out on a rolling programme to minimise disruption. The alternative route for traffic will be via C3012 and C3011 roads leading to Llawhaden, C3090 road leading to A40(T) and U6155 road via Little Valley Caravan Site.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
