Application Number: SMD/2026/0388 Applicant: Mr Christopher Cooke for Hermitage Farm Holidays Ltd Proposal: Removal of Condition 1 relating to SMD/2004/0970 is sought to allow the four existing units to be occupied as permanent residential dwellings without the current holiday/short stay occupancy restriction. Location: Holiday Cottage Hermitage Farm Froghall Road Froghall.
The proposed development may affect the setting of a Listed Building.
