Ar y 7fed o Hydref 2026 fe gadarnhaodd Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed o dan Adran 119 o’r Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fel a’i gadarnhawyd yw i wyro y rhan honno o lwybr troed rhif L14 sydd yn rhedeg o gyfeirnod grid 265938,2 | 4894 i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd gogledd orllewin am bellter o oddeutu 55 metr i gyfeirnod grid 265923,2 | 4947 yna i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd orllewin am bellter o oddeutu 35 metr i gyfeirnod grid 265895,2 | 4963; i linell yn rhedeg o gyfeirnod grid 265938,2 | 4894 i gyfeiriad y gorllewin de orllewin am bellter o oddeutu 35 metr i gyfeirnod grid 265909,2 | 4877 yna troi i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd wrth y gorllewin am bellter o oddeutu 90 metr i gyfeirnod grid 265895,2 | 4963.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar y dyddiad isod ond pe fyddai unrhyw bersonau sy’n tybio iddynt gael cam eisiâu cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn; neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad ydyw wedi ei wneud o fewn pwerau’r Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel a ddiwygiwyd, neu ar sail na chydymffurfiwyd â gofynion y Ddeddf, fel a ddiwygiwyd, neu unrhyw rheoliad a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf, gall ef neu hi, o dan baragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 i’r Ddeddf fel a weithredir gan baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i’r Ddeddf o fewn 6 wythnos o’r dyddiad isod, wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

(Public Footpath No. L14 at Pant yr Heol Ddu in the Community of Llandybie) Public Path Diversion Order 2026

On the 7th October 2026 the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert that part of public footpath no. L14 running from grid reference 265938,2 | 4894 in a generally north north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 55 metres to grid reference 265923,2 | 4947 then in a generally north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 35 metres to grid reference 265895,2 | 4963; to a line running from grid reference 265938,2 | 4894 in a west south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 35 metres to grid reference 265909,2 | 4877 then turning to a generally north by west direction for a distance of approximately 90 metres to grid reference 265895,2 | 4963.

A copy of the Order and the Order map are available to view free of charge at the office of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon, Powys between 9.00am and 4.00pm on weekdays. Copies of the Order and map may be acquired free of charge by contacting row@beacons-npa.gov.uk or by phoning 01874 624437.

The Order comes into force on the date hereof but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof or of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act within 6 weeks from the date hereof make an application to the High Court.
