Staffordshire County Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to impose a 20mph speed limit on Lamphouse Way Newcastle Under lyme. Documents may be examined during office hours at Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, ST16 2DH, during opening hours at Newcastle Library, Barracks Road, ST5 1BL or via: https://consultation.appyway.com/newcastle-under-lyme Comments can be sent via the link above or in writing to: Traffic and Network Management, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, ST16 2DH no later than 28TH October 2026 quoting reference D1284D Lamphouse Way and stating the grounds on which they are made.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – RESTRICTION

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 1/10/26 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:

Clayton Rd, Newcastle Under Lyme. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB152371694. The Order will come into operation on 12/10/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/10/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the stop tap renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 1/10/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic proceeding along:

Haddon Ln, Chapel Chorlton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB151919987. The Order will come into operation on 8/10/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 8/10/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Snape Hall Rd, Baldwins Gate. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB151611998. The Order will come into operation on 12/10/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 14/10/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the lay ducting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Pepper St, Newcastle Under Lyme. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB152329087. The Order will come into operation on 25/11/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 27/11/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the rectifying a defect works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:

Windsor St and Scott St, Newcastle Under Lyme. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB151933282. The Order will come into operation on 26/10/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 30/10/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the providing a new supply works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
