TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2026
On the 1st October 2026 The East Renfrewshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order authorises the restriction of vehicular access on a section of Robslee Road (between property number 26 and number 40), Thornliebank, in order to facilitate the safe operation of Scottish Water utility works on or near the road, scheduled to be carried out from Tuesday 13th October to Sunday 18th October 2026.
The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
Alternative route: Robslee Road – Orchard Park Avenue – Main Street – Spiersbridge Road – Rouken Glen Road – Rowallan Road – Robslee Road And Vice Versa.
