Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnthouse Lane, Mountnessing in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 160m south east of its junction with Heybridge Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a south easterly then south westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd November 2026 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL913LTN1-22-58-031126 – Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while structure works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Burnthouse Lane, Church Road, B1002, Heybridge Link, Roman Road, Burnthouse Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Padhams Green Road, Mountnessing in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 305m in a south easterly then north easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2026 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC311001WH3TRL9M – Openreach).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Padhams Green Road, Mountnessing Road, Old Church Lane, Old Church Road, Church Road and vice versa.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weald Road, South Weald in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Weald Park Way to its junction with Sandpit Lane a distance of approximately 415m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2026 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC311001WH2FNV2R – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole erection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Weald Road, High Street, London Road, Brook Street, Wigley Bush Lane, Weald Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alexander Lane, Shenfield in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 35m north of its junction with Shenfield Gardens for a distance of approximately 170m in a north easterly then north westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th October 2026 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP40021228475 – GTM Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bellmouth reconstruction and associated works are undertaken by GTM Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Alexander Lane, Rayleigh Road, Hutton Road, Chelmsford Road and vice versa (with access only into Alexander Lane and Oliver Road).
The Order came into effect on 30th September 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Essex Way, Great Warley)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Essex Way, Great Warley in the Borough of Brentwood from its junction with The Drive to its junction with Eagle Way a distance of approximately 400m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2026 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2404092 – Essex County Council).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Eagle Way, The Drive and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 30th September 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
