(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH FOOTPATH) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prevent any pedestrian from proceeding along the footpath running between:

• Hollycot Gardens and Vincent Street. • Hollycot Gardens and Mary Street.

• Opposite 27 Hollycot Gardens and Camrose Croft.

The temporary Order is required to enable Gas Mains Replacement Works to be carried out safely.

An alternative route for pedestrians affected by this Order will be signed on site and access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.

These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. The Order will come into operation on Saturday 17th October 2026 and will remain in force for a period of 4 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
