ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(STATION ROAD AREA RUSHTON) (20 MPH & 30 MPH SPEED LIMITS)  ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 82, 83 and 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 20 miles per hour and 30 mile per hour speed limit along those lengths of road described in the Schedules to the draft Order and as detailed in the Schedules to this Notice.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour or 30 miles per hour as specified on those lengths of roads in the Schedules to this Notice.

A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the exact lengths of roads to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:
