What is happening?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2026/0580/LBC - 38 Mill Road: Widening of existing opening between dining room and kitchen. (Listed building consent)
2026/0530/LBC - Norman House, 47 Steep Hill: Formation of an access hole within the basement and associated external excavation for the installation of a new electrical supply through the external wall. (Listed Building Consent).
2026/0588/LBC and 2026/0587/FUL - 25 - 26 The Strait: Demolition of existing outbuilding, erection of replacement outbuilding, incorporating parapet to create new section of boundary wall, repointing of brickwork and installation of replacement black UPVC rainwater goods to main building (Listed Building Consent).
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
