What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (PARISH OF SOUTH COVE) (FOOTPATH 8) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019

This order, which came into effect on 20/05/2019, closing Footpath 8, South Cove from the B1127 to the junction with Footpath 9 has been extended in force by the Minister until 20/19/2027, or until the completion of the works, whichever is earlier.

This closure is required in the interests of public safety while discussions between interested parties continue regarding alternative arrangements on this site. If the order had not been extended it would have ceased to be in force on 20/10/2026.
