TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE C671 HUNDON ROAD, KEDINGTON
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C671 Hundon Road, Kedington from 45 metres east of Dash End Lane for 25 metres eastbound to facilitate electrical works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Clare Road, Lower Road, Valley Wash, Chipney Street, Barnardiston Road, Hundon Road, Greys Lane, the A143, the B1061 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on:
* From 8am on 03/10/2026 until 4pm on 04/10/2026
* 05/10/2026 from 9.30am - 2.30pm
* 10/10/2026 from 8am - 6pm.
If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

THE U6111 WHITE HART LANE, BRANDON
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U6111 White Hart Lane, Brandon from 30 metres east of the junction with the A1065 for 30 metres eastbound to facilitate ducting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the A1065, the B1107, Lode Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 14/10/2026 from 9.30am - 3.30pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C556 The Street, Badwell Ash from Medler Cottage for 20 metres eastbound and 20 metres westbound to facilitate laying ducting. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Badwell Road, The Causeway, Ixworth Road, the C645 from Walsham Road to Ixworth Road, Walsham Road, Woolpit Road, Stow Lane, Ixworth Road, The Street, Hunston Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 03/10/2026 - 04/10/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Friars Street, Princes Street, Civic Drive, Elm Street, King Street and no vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 14/10/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

THURSTON ROAD AND C689 UPPER TOWN, PAKENHAM
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the following roads:
* C562 Thurston Road, Pakenham from the junction with Upper Town for 50 metres south westbound
* C689 Upper Town, Pakenham from the junction with Thurston Road for 65 metres north westbound.
This is to facilitate cabling work. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Thurston Road, the A143, Bury Road, Pakenham Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2026 - 20/10/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

The diversion route will be Upper Street, the B113, Lower Street, Ipswich Road, Barking Road, the B1078, Ipswich Road, Main Road, Hall Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on the 14/10/2026 from 8am - 5pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
