FOOTPATH 76, POOLE – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY FOOTPATH CLOSURE TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHAT: Footpath closed to all vehicles and pedestrians

WHERE: Public Right of Way footpath 76 in its entirety from its junction with Pearce Avenue

WHY: This is for safety reasons during construction works by Matrod Frampton

WHEN: Anticipated dates: 2nd November 2026 until 9th April 2027

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
