PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 23 September 2026, which comes into operation on 12 October 2026.
SUPPORTING INFORMATION
From 2 October 2026 a copy of this Notice, a copy of the Order, the reasons for the proposals and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at: http://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations (search ref P129) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 23 September 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The traffic restrictions on the following roads advertised and consulted on in the proposals reference P129 from 12 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 are due to be implemented on: (All RH12) Bourne Valley Rd, Binnie Rd, Coy Pond Rd, Dalling Rd, Gloucester Rd, Library Rd, Recreation Rd, Sheringham Rd.
