Notice is hereby given that on 25/09/26 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Richmondshire) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedules below:-

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 25/09/26 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
