Temporary Parking Restrictions

Clive Road, Twickenham.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Clive Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Clive Road from the junction with Strawberry Vale to outside number 34 the suspension will take place on a rolling basis as indicated by signs.

3. The order will come into effect on 12 October 2026. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 12 October 2026 to 06 November 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Holly Road, Twickenham.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate remedial works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Holly Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Holly Road, Twickenham from the junction with Copthall Gardens to outside number 96 Holly Road.

3. Holly Road will become 2 way for the duration of the works.

4. The order will come into effect 13 October 2026. These works are anticipated to be in progress from 13 October to 15 October 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. Whilst the closure is in place an alternative route for traffic will be via Queens Road, Staines Road, Copthall Gardens.

6. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The parking restrictions and road closures will operate on a rolling basis.

3. The order will come into effect on 01 October 2026. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 01 October until 27 November 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
