TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – PALMEIRA PLACE, HOVE
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
The temporary closure of Palmeira Place from its junction with Lorna Road southwards for approximately 23 metres.
The Order is necessary to allow UKPN carry out supply alteration works.
Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.
This Order comes into force on 26 October 2026 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 3 November 2026.
