(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND CLEARWAY) (VARIOUS ROADS) ORDER No.1 OCTOBER 2026
Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles proceeding in the lengths of:
THORNHILL PARK, STREETLY that is situated from outside No. 120 Thornhill Park to outside No.116 Thornhill Park. (08:00 on Monday 12 October 2026 to 16:00 on Wednesday 14 October 2026).
Reason for Order: Repair ferrule in carriageway.
Works on behalf of: South Staffordshire Water.
WHETSTONE LANE that is situated from its junction with Harborough Drive to its junction with Churn Hill Road. (07:00 on Monday 19 October 2026 to 1700 on Sunday 6 December 2026).
Reason for Order: Connection and service renewals.

Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing/highway repairs.
Works on behalf of: Walsall Council
This Order will come into operation on Monday 12 October 2026. It is anticipated that the works will be completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signs will be erected on site indicating when the no stopping restriction will be in force and signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of up to eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
