What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the New Forest 10 Mile Road Race to take place out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Rhinefield Ornamental Drive between its junction with Albridge Hill and its junction with A35 Lyndhurst Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: N/A.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Sunday 25th October 2026 between the hours 10:00 – 11:30 for 1 day or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out.
The Temporary Road Closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event of the New Forest 10 Mile Road Race.
