Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2026 (Diwygiad Rhif 21) 2026

Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adrannau 1 a 2 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill yn cynnig gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw gerbydau:-

i)Dim aros ar unrhyw adeg a dim llwytho rhwng 8:00am a 6:30pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn Kenmare Mews ar ochr y de, o bwynt 52 metr i'r de o'r gyffordd â Heol Pontprennau, am 10 metr i'r dwyrain.

ii)Dim aros am fwy na 2 awr rhwng 8:00am a 6:30pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ni chaniateir dychwelyd o fewn 2 awr) yn Kenmare Mews ar ochr y de, o bwynt 62 metr i'r de o'r gyffordd â Heol Pontprennau, am 24 metr i'r dwyrain.

Yn ogystal, gallwch gael copïau drwy anfon cais e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy anfon cais ysgrifenedig i'r cyfeiriad isod. Rhaid cyflwyno unrhyw wrthwynebiadau a sylwadau eraill sy’n ymwneud â’r gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig ar neu cyn 23/10/2026 neu ar e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd. gov.uk. Yn achos gwrthwynebiad, rhaid cynnwys datganiad sy’n nodi’r rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Efallai y bydd ymatebion i'r ymgynghoriad hwn yn cael eu datgelu mewn ymateb i geisiadau rhyddid gwybodaeth. Bydd gwybodaeth bersonol yn cael ei thrin yn unol â deddfwriaeth diogelu data.

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2026 (Amendment No 21) Order 2026

The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers proposes making an Order the general effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles:-

i)No waiting at any time and no loading between 8:00am - 6:30pm Monday - Friday in the lengths of road set out in Kenmare Mews on its south side, from a point 52 metres south of its junction with Heol Pontprennau, for a distance of 10 metres east & .

ii)No waiting for more than 2 hours between 8.00am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday (return prohibited within 2 hours) in Kenmare Mews on its south side, from a point 62 metres south of its junction with Heol Pontprenau, for a distance of 24 metres east

In addition, you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the order must be submitted in writing on or before 23/10/2026 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk. In the case of an objection this must contain a statement of the grounds on which the objection is made. Responses to this consultation may be disclosed in response to freedom of information requests. Personal information will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation.

This Notice may be removed after the objection period ends. The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay.
