Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 16a - Relating To Surbiton Ski Sunday

1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Royal Borough of Kingston with the agreement of Transport for London made an Order on 28th September 2026 under sections 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The principal objective of the Order is to prohibit/restrict traffic to enable the holding of the Surbiton Ski Sunday event on Sunday 11 October 2026.

3. On that day between the hours of 09:00 and 14:00 no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter, proceed or remain at rest in Central Parade, Surbiton between properties 2 and 10.
