NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U65004, B4204 To Yearston, Upper Sapey, Temporary Road Closure Order to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U65004, B4204 To Yearston, Upper Sapey, from the junction with the B4204, extending approximately 175m southwards. Grid Ref: 369509/263795.
There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal.
The said closure is required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 12th of October 2026 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
