Brook Road - Temporary Traffic & Pedestrian Prohibition Due To Telecoms Mast Works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) - (As Amended) - Brook Road - (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2026
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT Hereby Give Notice that, to facilitate a mobile elevating work platform for accessing telecoms mast and associated works in Brook Road, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit:-
(a) Vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Brook Road, which lies between the north-western kerb line of Brook Road, the eastern arm and a point 30 metres north-west of that kerb line;
(b) Pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north-eastern footway of Brook Road, which lies between the south-eastern kerb line of North Circular Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 3 and 4 Brook Road.
When and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above will apply between 7th October 2026 and 8th October 2026 or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
Works are expected to take place between the hours of 12:00am and 5:00pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Brook Road will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
