Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) - (As Amended) - Gladstone Park Gardens - (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2026

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT Hereby Give Notice that, to facilitate a new water connection and associated works in Gladstone Park Gardens, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit:-
(a) Vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Gladstone Park Gardens, the south-eastern lane proceeding in a south-western direction, which lies between the south-western kerb line of Edgware Road and a point opposite the south-western boundary of Golden Court, 18 Gladstone Park Gardens;
(b) Pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the south-eastern footway of Gladstone Park Gardens, which lies between the south-western kerb line of Edgware Road and a point opposite the south-western boundary of Golden Court, 18 Gladstone Park Gardens.

When and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above will apply between 5th October 2026 and 9th October 2026 or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Gladstone Park Gardens will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
