Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the power conferred upon him by sub-section 15 (5) of the aforementioned Section 15 has approved the Order being extended and continuing in force until 16/01/2028. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on the following:
That length of Public Footpath No. 20 Middlewich which commences at OS grid reference (OSGR) SJ 7215 6484 and runs in a generally east direction for approx. 61m. to OSGR SJ 7221 6483.
This Closure is necessary to protect the public from dangers posed by road construction works on or near the Public Right of Way.
