Order made: To close that part of 1: U47405 St Nicholas Rd from its junction with U47406 Norchard Ln for the entire length

2: U47403 Perry Mill Rd from its junction with U47405 St. Nicholas Rd to its junction with U47402 Monks Way.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: U47402 Monks Way, C2115 Main St, U47406 Norchard Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 2 October and 15 October 2026.

(B4035 Weston Road, Bretforton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of B4035 Weston Rd from its junction with U45216 Main St to its junction with U45019 Gloster Ades Rd.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: B4035 Weston Rd (part), B4035 New St, B4035 Shop Ln, B4035 Main St, B4035 Bretforton Rd, B4035 Badsey Rd, A46 Evesham Bypass, A44 Broadway Rd, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Pitchers Hill, A44 Evesham Rd, A44 Broadway Bypass, B4632 Leamington Rd into Gloucestershire, B4035 Weston Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (19:30-06:00) between 5 October 2026 and 16 October 2026.

(A4184 Greenhill, Evesham) (Northbound Closure Only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of A4184 Greenhill from its junction with B4624 Worcester Rd to its junction with U44503 Croft Rd.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: B4624 Worcester Rd, A44 Chadbury Bypass, A4184 Twyford Bank and A4184 Greenhill.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days.

Commencing: 26 October 2026.

(C2009 Shinehill Lane, South Littleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2009 Shinehill Ln from its junction with U45046 Orchard Cl to its junction with U45022 Withy Trees Rd

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: C2009 Blacksmiths Ln, B4085 Main St, B4085 Cleeve Rd, C2114 Arrow Ln, C2114 Pebworth Rd, C2114 Blakes Hill, C2006 Buckle St, C2009 Sheenhill Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 5 October 2026 and 16 October 2026.

(B4083 Station Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4083 Station Rd from its junction with U47100 Racecourse Rd to its junction with U47098 Westcott Way.

Reason: Installation of a sub-station at a school by Western Power.

Alternative route: A4104 Wyre Rd, A4104 Link Rd, A44 Abbey View Rd, B4083 Terrace Rd, B4083 Station Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.

Commencing: 26 October 2026.

(U45017 School Street, Honeybourne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U45017 School St from its junction with Corner Farm Dr (private road) to its junction with Reades Piece (private road).

Reason: Remedial utility work by STW.

Alternative route: C2049 High St, U45017 School St (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 25 October 2026.

(U44512 Leicester Grove, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44512 Leicester Grove from its junction with U44513 Rynal St to its junction with St. Egwins Rd (Private Road).

Reason: Dropped kerb for vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: Clockwise: U44513 Rynal St, U44515 Swan Ln, A4184 High St. Anti-clockwise: A4184 High St, U44517 Oat St, U44519 Chapel St, U44514 Rynal Place.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 26 October 2026 and 28 October 2026.

(C2268 Broadway Road, Aston Somerville) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2268 Broadway Rd from Rectory Rd to C2268 School Rd for a distance of 1,135 metres in an easterly direction until the boundary with Gloucestershire.

Reason: Utility work by Eithmar Ltd on behalf of Gigaclear.

Alternative route: C2268 School Rd into Gloucestershire and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.

Commencing: 26 October 2026.

(C2049 Stratford Road, Honeybourne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2049 Stratford Rd from its junction with C2274 Mickleton Rd to its junction with C2114 Chapel Rd.

Reason: Bridgeworks maintenance by Network Rail.

Access for emergency vehicles but will need to stop to allow works to move out of the way.

Alternative route: C2049 Stratford Rd (part), C2114 Chapel Rd, C2114 Front St, C2114 Pebworth Rd, C2006 Buckle St, C2006 Station Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (20:00-06:00). Commencing: 5 October 2026.

(C2047 Station Road, Blackminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2047 Station Rd from its junction with B4085 Blackminster to its junction with U45207 Merry Ln.

Reason: Air Valve inspection & Maintenance by STW.

Alternative route: B4085 Blackminster, B4085 Station Rd, C2050 Long Hyde Rd, C2050 Bennetts Hill, B4510 Evesham Rd, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 23 October 2026.

(C2263 Ab Lench Road, Church Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of Ab Lench Rd from its junction with U43606 Evesham Rd for a distance of 135 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: C2263 Main St, C2011 Low Rd, C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Rd, C2022 The Green, C2263 Rous Lench to Ab Lench and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 26 October 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(B4084 Pershore Road, Evesham) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2026

Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of B4084 Pershore Rd from its junction with U44206 Boston Ln for a distance of 638 metres in an easterly direction and in both directions.

Reason: Carriageway safety repairs by WCC.

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months continuing from 17 September 2026. Anticipated duration: 91 days.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(District of Wychavon – Evesham Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Person Parking Space on Windsor Road, Evesham]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons parking space on the following length and side of road in Evesham:-

Windsor Road (east side): from a point 16.6 metres south of its junction with Balmoral Close for a distance of 6.6 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Lane, Sheriff’s Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Lane from its junction with U43606 Evesham Rd for a distance of 930 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: New replacement water main by STW.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2117 Handgate Ln, C2011 Leys Rd, B4088 Evesham Rd, A44 Chadbury Bypass, A44 Evesham Rd, C2022 Fladbury Hill, C2117 Hill Furze and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 34 days.

Commencing: 27 October 2026.

(A44 Evesham Road, Broadway)

(Temporary 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2026

Proposed order: To impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A44 Evesham Rd from its junction with U45617 Murcott Turn for a distance of 1325 metres in an easterly direction and in both directions.

Reason: Water main replacement by STW.

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 135 days (24hrs). Commencing: 26 October 2026.
