(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2026 AMENDMENT NO. 03 ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Amendment Order under sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act of 1984”), and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984.

The effect of the Amendment Order, if made, will be to introduce new off-street car park restrictions in Prudhoe in the County of Northumberland by amending the “Northumberland County Council (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2026”:
