Two Laws Road - Temporary Road Closure due to Electrical Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL TWO LAWS ROAD, STANBURY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works to be executed on or near Two Laws Road, Stanbury has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Two Laws Road from its junction with New Laithes Road to a point outside Keepers Cottage.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Two Laws Road (unaffected section), Lancashire Moor Road, Keighley Road, Colne Road, Main Street, Keighley Road, Skipton Road, Main Road, Skipton Road, Keighley Road, Skipton Road, North Street, High Street, Bridge Street, South Street, Halifax Road, Haworth Road, Lees Lane, Mill Hey, Station Road, Bridgehouse Lane, Rawdon Road, North Street, West Lane, Sun Lane, Main Street, Hob Lane, Scar Top Road, New Laithe Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 09:00 hours on the 7th of October 2026 and remains in force until 15:00 hours on the 7th of October 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
