TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Blamires Place, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Blamires Place from its junction with Great Horton Road to its junction with Back Great Horton Road South. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Blamires Place(unaffected section), Blamires Street, Hollybank Road, Great Horton Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 19:00 hours on the 8th of October 2026 and remains in force until 06:00 hours on the 9th of October 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
