(TEMPORARY NO WAITING & NO LOADING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2026
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the waiting of vehicles in South St, St Andrews (both sides) from jct. West Port to jct. Bell St. Phase 1 - North side – from property No.203 to property No.193, South side – From property No.162 to property No.152. Phase 2 - North side – From property No.185 to property No.169 and South side – from property No.142 to property to jct. Rose St. The Order is to allow footway resurfacing works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 12/10/26 to 27/11/26 or until earlier completion of the works. The parking bay restrictions will be introduced in phases to ensure that some parking will always remain available within the affected area. Disabled parking bays will remain available for use throughout the works.
