Trenholme Avenue - Temporary Road Closure due to Telecom Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL TRENHOLME AVENUE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecom works proposed to be executed on or near Trenholme Avenue, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Trenholme Avenue from a point outside No. 12 Trenholme Avenue to a point outside No. 17 Trenholme Avenue. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available. The proposed Order will come into effect at 09:00 hours on the 13th of October 2026 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 13th of October 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
