LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
On 22 September 2026 the North Lanarkshire Council made the abovenamed Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load (with the exception of vehicles engaged on filming activities) on Millcroft Road, Cumbernauld from Number 94 to Number 196 by reason of works being executed on or near that location.
The Order, will come into operation at 0000 hours on Thursday, 8 October 2026 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Sunday, 11 October 2026.
