(TEMPORARY 10MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
On 21 September 2026 the North Lanarkshire Council made the abovenamed Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 10 MPH on A803 Kilsyth Road, Queenzieburn from the boundary with East Dunbartonshire Council to the access to Netherinch Farm by reason of works being executed on or near that location.
The Order, will come into operation at 0800 hours on Saturday, 10 October 2026 and will remain in operation until 1800 hours on Sunday, 18 October 2026.
