The application will now be heard by Taunton Magistrates' Court on 3 November 2026 at 10:00am.
The draft Order and plan continue to be available for inspection at the location stated in the original notice and may now be inspected until 3 November 2026.
All other details contained in the notice published in the Somerset County Gazette on 3 September 2026 remain unchanged.
