• Cyflwyno Lle Parcio Trwyddedau Preswylwyr ar Ffordd y Rhaglaw, Cas-gwent (diddymu’r elfen aros gyfyngedig bresennol).

• Cyflwyno gwaharddiad aros, ac eithrio tacsis (Dydd Llun – Dydd Gwener 08:15-09:30 a 14:45-15:45) a gwaharddiad aros, ac eithrio bysiau (Dydd Llun – Dydd Gwener 08:15-09:30 a 14:45-15:45) ar Heol Dienw (sy’n cysylltu Hen Heol Henffordd â Lôn Llwynu), Y Fenni.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE A PERMANENT ORDER
MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION,
SPEED LIMITS AND PARKING REGULATIONS CONSOLIDATION
ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT ORDER NO 20) 2026
PROPOSED PROVISION AND AMENDMENTS TO TRAFFIC
ORDERS WITHIN VARIOUS COMMUNITIES IN MONMOUTHSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) propose to make a Road Traffic Regulation Order as follows:

EFFECT OF THE ORDER:
• To introduce a Residents Permit Parking Place on Regent Way, Chepstow (revocation of existing limited waiting element).
• To introduce a Time Restricted Disabled Persons Parking Place (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30) on Llwynu Lane, Abergavenny.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at any time on St Michael’s Road, Abergavenny.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at any time on Regent Street, Abergavenny.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on Thomas Street, Chepstow.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at any time on Vine Acre/ Hereford Road, Monmouth.
• To introduce a Disabled Persons Parking Place on Hardwick Terrace, Chepstow (revocation of existing limited waiting element).
• To introduce a Disabled Persons Parking Place on Black Rock Road, Portskewett.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Stopping Except for Taxis (Monday – Friday 08:15-09:30 & 14:45-15:45) & Prohibition of Stopping Except for Buses (Monday – Friday 08:15-09:30 & 14:45-15:45) on Unnamed Road (connecting Old Hereford Road & Llwynu Lane), Abergavenny.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at any time and a Time Restricted Prohibition of Waiting (Monday – Friday 10:00-10:30 & 14:45-15:15) on The Gardens, Monmouth.
• To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at any time and a Time Restricted Prohibition of Loading (Monday – Sunday 07:30-18:00) on Lions Street, Abergavenny.
• To introduce a Disabled Persons Parking Place on the C725.7, Llanelly Hill. Within the locations identified on the plans, which are available to view at County Hall, Usk or online via http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic
Further details of the proposed Order, comprising a copy of the draft order, plans and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined via pre-arranged appointment at County Hall, Usk NP15 1GA (appointments can be arranged by e-mailing traffic@monmouthshire.gov.uk) or by phoning 01633 644644 or online via http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation- traffic . Any representations in respect of this proposal should be made not later than 5pm on 28th October 2026 by
